Besides for (mostly) being Kosher for Passover, a gluten-free diet allows one to have a full meal without needing to wash and bench. It also allows one to eat outside of the sukka during the holiday of Sukkot. In this video you can explore halachic facts of a gluten free diet while watching fellow Yeshiva University students eat and react to gluten free food. Enjoy!
