It seems recently as if everyone is following the recent gluten-free diet trend. As Jews, we all know what gluten free is from Pesach. Some religious Jews are reminded of this time of year when they hear about gluten-free food, while others simply think it is an undesirable diet. This video gives a new perspective on this. Besides for (mostly) being Kosher for Passover, a gluten-free diet allows one to have a full meal without needing to wash and bench. It also allows one to eat outside of the sukka during the holiday of Sukkot. In this video you can explore halachic facts of a gluten free diet while watching fellow Yeshiva University students eat and react to gluten free food. Enjoy!
